Capgemini is an organization that consists of different units, from which the base operates as separate companies. Nevertheless, these different units often work for the same clients. That is why Capgemini asked for a concept to improve the interdisciplinary collaboration between all individual business units and to increase the dynamics within the organization.

To map this out, OCS+ has held various workshops with completely different layers within the organization. In these workshops, they were not only asked what they would like to add to their ideal working environment, but also what employees within the organization believe is no longer necessary in a new working environment.
In practice, this concept translates into a large open environment, which is divided into three different zones that gradually merge into each other. In the most central zone in this concept, the brand identity is central. The most important aspects of the Capgemini brand come to the fore in this, in combination with offering many opportunities in the field of knowledge sharing.
Initially, OCS+, together with Capgemini, focused entirely on developing the second floor. The enthusiasm with which the end result was received by Capgemini's employees led to an expansion of this concept on other floors of the building.
