The active work environment
QUIETNESS TO STIMULATE MOVEMENT
State of Football designs high-quality merchandise collections for football clubs worldwide. Where the old office space was full of cumbersome workplaces and busy creations by the design agency itself, the renovated environment on Magdeburgstraat in Deventer is an oasis of tranquility. Rest to allow production, logistics and sales to work side by side in a structured way. Also rest to create a dynamic, activity-oriented environment within exactly the same floor space in which the brand identity of State of Football is guarded and employees experience the ultimate freedom to work where they need at that moment.
How we stimulate activity.
While movement in the old office space was hardly encouraged, the new concept is a tribute to freedom. The wide variety of workplaces gives employees the motivation and pleasure to actively look for the ideal workplace throughout the day.
Highlights in this design are the subtle color tones within the overall design. The industrial house style of State of Football has largely been maintained, while the bright colors of the merchandise give the space a playful twist and its own identity. An inspiring environment for both employees and visitors.
To accommodate the collective element of the State of Football brand identity, a new 'social heart' has been created around the pantry. By furnishing it with a large dining table, there is a strong focus on the connection and the we-feeling.
