A change of management took place at OCS+ on 1 December. Wesley Bosma (1991) is from now on the new managing director. Bosma has been employed by OCS+ since 2012. In 2018, together with founder Robbert Starre, he realized a management buyout and created extra working capital with the MGF. This allowed the growth rate of OCS+ to be maintained.

A change of management took place at OCS+ on 1 December. Wesley Bosma (1991) is from now on the new managing director. Bosma has been employed by OCS+ since 2012. In 2018, together with founder Robbert Starre, he realized a management buyout and created extra working capital with the MGF. This allowed the growth rate of OCS+ to be maintained.

The two founders of OCS+, Robbert Starre and Harro Hoencamp, will remain associated with OCS+ and will shift their focus more to Business Development. Both will remain involved as Founder / Executive Advisor, with Robbert Starre also remaining as shareholder.

 

Vision of the future

The new managing director has a clear vision for the future.

OCS+ continues to ask stubbornly, even if a company already knows very well what it wants in terms of work style and environment.
