OCS+ and Vodafone have been working together since 2007. A successful partnership for many years resulted in a unique assignment at the beginning of 2018: the realization of a revolutionary new head office at Utrecht Central Station for the new VodafoneZiggo brand. Purpose of the assignment: a dynamic working environment with an overarching, modern look that speeds up the work processes and makes them more efficient.
But also a working environment that fits seamlessly with the culture and the modern work needs of VodafoneZiggo employees.

How we define human centered spaces.
The 'human centered' workplace concept ensures that all functions and associated work needs within VodafoneZiggo have the freedom to create their ideal working environment. In this way the space adapts to people and not the other way around.
The space consists of four layers that are connected to the three pillars of VodafoneZiggo's mission: Enjoyment and Progress with every Connection. On the ground floor there is a VodafoneZiggo flagship store, above the store are the 'Welcome Area' and the 'Business Experience Center' and on the upper floors a multifunctional work environment and relaxation area designed with one crystal-clear mission: meeting each other.
While the first and second floors are all about optimal customer experience, the top two floors are fully focused on the work needs of the office staff. The heart of the building, around the large open staircase, functions as the city center and the surrounding workplaces, meeting rooms and Agile Streets as connecting city districts. The 1000 m² WorkCafé is located on the top floor. A comfortable place that, thanks to its spatial design, is particularly suitable for TownHall meetings and company drinks.
The human centered concept has a modular structure so that VodafoneZiggo can evolve along with the changing wishes and needs of employees at any time. A successful working environment is never finished, but develops and improves exactly when the user asks for it.
